We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and unworn
- Returned in original packaging

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include:
- A photo of the damaged or defective item
- A photo of the packaging
If the item is available, we will send a replacement. If not, a refund will be issued.

Digital Products
All digital products, including meditations and activation content, are non-refundable.

Gifts
If you received an item as a gift, it may be returned for store credit only, provided it meets the return eligibility requirements.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Each piece is made from natural materials and is one of a kind.
Variations in color, shape, and texture are part of what makes each piece unique. Product images are provided as a reference, and your piece may differ slightly.
