Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered the customer’s responsibility. If your package is missing, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier directly.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include:
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging
If the item is available, we will send a replacement. mIf not, a refund will be issued.
